The answer is as complex as the problem and not something that will easily be found but the Foundation is working on solutions in the following ways:
* We are working with established agencies identifying the best responses;
* We work with communities and encourage them to take responsibility for kidney health in their community;
* We work with others to build capacity for development in communities;
* We encourage good health practices;
* We support organ donation programs;
* We encourage those who do the hard work of providing health services under difficult circumstances;
* We actively liaise between those in communities and the agencies charged with providing care; and
* We work with governments and territory agencies on a bi-partisan basis.
