The long awaited mobile renal dialysis truck called "The Purple Truck" was launched on Dec 12th in Alice Springs. It will be operated by the Western Desert Nganampa Walytja Palyantjaku Tjutaku Aboringinal Corporation based in Alice Springs. Proudly funded by Medicines Australia with a grant via The Jimmy Little Foundation the state of the art unit will bring hope to renal patients right across the Central Desert region.
